This will be a vinyasa flow style class so we will be moving and flowing from posture to posture. Breaking down the foundations of backbends and building them up slowly, so the body begins to understand where and how we bend. Which only means one thing, safe, comfortable, intelligent backbending.
One of the fundamental backbends which will be improved in this workshop is one of the most key backbends there is, Up Dog! if we improve this, we improve all our backbends.
