Pop-Up Brunch
EVENT INFORMATION
Join us for a pop-up Brunch as part of Local Food Britain’s first countryside food and drink festival at Priory Farm, Nutfield on Saturday, September 15.
Celebrating seasonal ingredients and a passion for open-fire cooking, we will be cooking up a feast cooked over fire served in the picturesque barn overlooking the lakes at Priory Farm, featuring a range of approved Local Food Britain producers (including fantastic coffee from the team at Chimney Fire Coffee!).
MENU
COAL BAKED GRANOLA
w/ charred seasonal fruit and honey yoghurt
VENISON CUMBERLAND SAUSAGE
w/ griddled seasonal squash, fried egg and Bloody Mary ketchup
or
COURGETTE AND SWEETCORN FRITTERS (V)
w/ avocado, fire roasted tomatoes, fennel & lemon yoghurt and chilli jam
Served with a selection of locally baked breads.
DRINKS
Selection of fresh fruit juices, teas and coffee from Chimney Fire Coffee.

A great opportunity to experience dining with a difference with old friends or new, brunch will be served around our shared family-style dining tables. Don't worry, we'll make sure you're with all your pals - and you might even leave with some new ones!
Tickets are £19 including a 2-course brunch and soft drinks/hot drinks. No alcohol will be served.
We will have limited capability to cater for dietary requirements without advance warning, due to the set menu nature of the event, so please let us know about anything relevant prior to booking your tickets.

Please provide your menu choice upon booking. Further information will be issued to all booked guests 48 hours prior to the event.

Based in Reigate, The Salt Box was born out of a passion for local produce and seasonal ingredients. The festival will be open from 10am to 4pm; entry is £2 per person, and free for children aged under 16, and includes entry to Priory Farm's Discovery Walk (normally £3 per person). A 25% donation of all ticket sales will go to a local charity.
