Ember Choral Society returns to Holy Trinity, Claygate with great works by Mozart and Haydn
Supported by professional soloists and orchestra, Ember Choral Society returns to Holy Trinity Church, Claygate, on 28th November. The performance, which starts at 7.30pm, will include two great works, the Great Mass in C Minor by Mozart and the Nelson Mass by Haydn.
The Society’s Chairman, Linda Bridges, encourages local residents to come and enjoy an evening of classical choral music. And Linda adds: “If anyone is thinking about joining a choir, coming to one of our concerts is a perfect way to see if this is the choir for you.”
The choir rehearses at Our Lady Of Lourdes in Thames Ditton every Wednesday evening, and performs at least twice a year. The choir is non-audition, and offers singers the opportunity to come along for a free trial.
The choir is grateful for the support of the RC Sherriff Trust who have provided an underwriting grant.
Tickets £15 (£7.50 for students).
