Drama Classes for 9-12 Year Olds @ Big Bold Youth

Big Bold Youth provides high quality drama classes and workshops for 6-18 year olds across London and Surrey, catering for those who are new to the performing arts, while pushing those with experience that little bit further.

Each class consists of the following elements:

Games, Improvisation, Projects

Each lesson is 90 minutes with the first 15 minutes spent on games, 15 minutes on improvisation and the final 60 minutes on projects.

Projects can range from original short plays to devising a short playshown as part of a sharing at the end of term and open to parents.

These classes are designed to introduce students to acting or expand on any previous experience they may have. Classes will also encourage them to open up to being connected within an ensemble and to put all the skills learnt throughout the term into their final project.

This may well be the first taste of drama your child experiences and this is why we have a Full Refund Policy1 after the first lesson should this class not be right for them.

Our teachers also provide reports for your child at the end of each term. As a member of the 9-12 year old class, you will benefit from a 10% discount on any future workshops and masterclasses we may hold.

Standard Fees

£100 per 10 week term (£10 per session/£6.66 per hour)

Early Bird Fees (20% off until 30th November)

£80 per 10 week term (£8 per session/£5.33 per hour)

Please note: fees must be paid in full prior to the beginning of term.

St John's Wescott is a short 10 minute drive from Dorking town centre. To find out how to get to us from your location via driving or public transport click here. Parking is limited with only residential parking available.

What is the refund policy?

We offer a Full Refund Policy should your son or daughter not enjoy their first class with us. Although this is rare, if this should happen, please contact us within 48 hours of your first class in order to be eligible for a full refund.
