David Sinclair Four
Where can you go to capture the original spirit of a great Friday-night rock & roll gig? The David Sinclair Four will be returning to the Crawdaddy Club Richmond, scene of legendary gigs in the 1960s by the Stones, the Yardbirds and many others, with a show which The Morning Star described as “a bluesy rock masterclass.”
“The Crawdaddy is where London rock & roll began,” says David, whose new album Sweet Georgina marks the latest chapter in a stellar career as a bandleader, songwriter and music journalist. “We can’t wait to go back there and kick out the jams.”
Alongside him in the DS4 is lead guitarist and backing vocalist, Geoff Peel, together with the hand-in-glove rhythm section of the Mendoza brothers Jos (bass/BVs) and Rory (drums). Joining the band as a special guest for the Crawdaddy show will be master blues-harmonica man Laurie Garman.
