Parkland and gardens opportunities for volunteers
To mark His Majesty the King’s Coronation, we’re joining the Big Help Out. The aim is to raise awareness of volunteering throughout the UK and provide opportunities for people to get involved and make a difference in their communities. Join us from 10am-3pm to experience working in the parkland and gardens and to learn about volunteering opportunities in our beautiful landscape. Jobs suitable for all ages. Refreshments and hot lunch provided. Volunteers at Gatton Park help with all aspects of running the estate, from practical working outside to supporting our education team and helping to run events. Booking is essential at www.gattonpark.co.uk. We ask for a nominal £1 to secure your place and help us plan the event and catering.
