Sit back and get in the groove for an evening of jazz and light music favourites, courtesy of one of Surrey’s premier choirs, the Epsom Chamber Choir.
For your delight the choir is serving up a delicious musical evening with their voices joined by a trio of jazz instrumentalists. You can chill with Bob Chilcott’s Little Jazz Mass and revel in the irresistible combination of jazz legend George Shearing and a certain Mr Shakespeare. Add to the menu Henry Mancini’s Pink Panther, a cowboy from Cheam and clowns being sent in, you’ll be well and truly ‘In the Mood’ for ‘Summertime’. So don't miss this once in a 'Blue Moon' treat!
Guest conductor John Bawden takes charge for the evening which is on Saturday 24th June in St Martin of Tours Church, Epsom at 7.30.
