Join us for a night of Literature and Laughs at the Lyric Hammersmith.
Comedians-turned-novelists Jenny Eclair and Shappi Khorsandi discuss their latest books Listening In and Nina Is Not OK in a panel discussion chaired by Caroline Raphael.
Find out the inspiration behind their novels, how they made the move from comedy to fiction and what it takes to be a writer, over a glass of wine with two of the funniest women on TV and radio.
The books will be available for sale and you will have the chance to get your copy signed by the author.
The money raised from this event will help to support our extensive activities with children and young people, including our targeted programmes START and REWIND which aim to make a real impact on the lives of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged groups of young people through participation in the arts.
Jenny Eclair is a stand-up comic, trained actress and writer, currently touring her new show How To be A Middle Aged Woman (Without Going Insane). Her latest collection of short stories Listening In is out now.
