In homage to the laid-back feel of the Caribbean and the verve of Latin America, The Jam Tree venues in Clapham and Chelsea are launching a brand-new summer rum festival this July. Transport yourself to the sunshine throughout this month long festival, with cocktail-friendly white rums and beguiling navy spice the summery celebration is the place to be! Rum will infuse everything from the barbecue menu and cocktails to its vibrant décor while the Music Concierge have devised a summery soundtrack of Reggae, Ska, Salsa and Soukous that will be sure get you in the festive mood.
Throughout the festival, masters of rum will be hosting a series of tastings to offer novices and rum-buffs a fun and educational way into the spirit, as well as teaching you to whip up innovative rum cocktails. Both venues boast large gardens which will be, for one month only, decked out in laid-back Latin American style so that, with rum-cocktail in hand, you will feel as if you are on holiday in the heart of the city.
